Case 1 : If you are running WordPress on Localhost / XAMPP, WAMP Server

If you are running WordPress on Localhost / XAMPP Server or WAMP Server, following tips can be helpful for you to get ride from this bug

  1. Open PHP.INI file in your favorite text editor
  2. Uncommented the following lines. To Uncomment, Remove semicolon from the starting of line

extension=php_mysql.dll
extension=php_mysqli.dll
extension=php_pdo_mssql.dll
extension=php_pdo_mysql.dll

  1. Save the file
  2. Restart the Web Server using XAMPP Control Panel or WAMP Control Panel.

 Case 2 : If you are running WordPress on Online Web Server

If you are running WordPress on any Online Web Server like Godaddy, BigRock, HostGator, 1&1, Bluehost etc. Then you should contact your web service provider to resolve this issue. You can contact them by generating ticket, Live chat, phone support.
